The Dei Campi Pasta Factory

The project is about building a new dimension of quality beginning with two important values: transparency and the collaboration of all  parts of the productive process again with a bunch of words that don’t really inform me of anything. The pasta  from the Dei Campi pasta factory is produced with 100% italian durum wheat, bronze-drawn and with a protein content above 14 %. The wheat is of our own production, farmed with the ancient technique  of crop rotation every three years and is kept track of through a certified system called TotalTrackingSystem® that Dei Campi uses.
