Mastri Birrai Umbri

Mastri Birrai Umbri is an artisanal brewing company belonging to the Farchioni family  that was founded in 2010 in order to enhance the value of products from the Umbria region like special, selected malts,cereals(grains) commodities and legumes. The company and brewery are in Gualdo Cattaneo in Umbria. The brewery has a capacity of 60.000 hectoliters, and the malthouse, with a productive capacity of 960 tons a year, both won awards in the last years for the quality of their productions.The brand Mastri Birrai Umbri produces 4 lines of rural artisanal beer, non filtered and non pasteurized: La Cotta, Monkey, Metodo Benedettino  and Selezione.
