JRE is an association of the youngest and most diverse chefs of fine dining, united by their love of cooking and the desire to share values and experiences. This association was founded on research, excellence and the member’s exchange of experiences which are a continuous source of growth.
JRE was born in France in the mid 1970’s and has more than 350 affiliated restaurants, in 15 countries, representative of many experiences and culinary interpretations: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Holland, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The italian group today is composed of 74 chefs, guided by chef Filippo Saporito, owner of the restaurant La Leggenda dei Frati of Florence.
