Intrecci’s basic course is aimed to graduated students (at catering and hospitality institutes or other secondary education schools) and runs for 12 months.

Intrecci’s programme is made of a multidisciplinary theoretical part, led by high level, experienced professionals, university professors and entrepreneurs, and of a six months internship at premium hotels and restaurants.
